"S'affrittella un ovino?"

Affrittellare è un verbo che si usa in particolare per l'uovo fritto. In fiorentino si dice: "ovo affrittellato". In verità il termine lo si potrebbe usare per qualsiasi cosa che venga fritta, ma è una vera particolarità che questo verbo vernacolare venga utilizzato prevalentemente per l'uovo.
